About CSAP
The Premier Academic Bridge Between U.S. Institutions and the Philippines
The Consortium for Study Abroad in the Philippines (CSAP) operates as an integrated part of the Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF), also known as the Fulbright Commission in the Philippines, the longest running Fulbright commission in the world.
It takes its inspiration and operational framework directly from the Consortium for Study Abroad in Taiwan (CSAT), one of the earliest hosting consortia in Asia. CSAP is designed to act as a streamlined, one-stop administrative bridge that absorbs the logistical burdens of developing study abroad programs.
