Specialized Institutional Spaces

BINHI Technology Business Incubator (TBI) – The “Innovation Hub” of the region. The 3rd Floor was recently inaugurated (late 2025) as a specialized center for science and technology startups.
Center for Digital Transformation for Governance (CDx) – A new DOST-funded project at the College of Information and Communications Technology. Primary venue for Public Administration and EdTech collaboration.
WVSU Cultural Center – The standard venue for international conferences (including LSPIC 2026 in April) and diplomatic ceremonies.
Wellness Park (PESCAR Court) – Inaugurated in December 2025; a modern outdoor space for student-centered events and holistic wellness forums.
